MAXIGRAS C45 EP 00/000
A general EP grease recommended for the lubrication of all types of guides operating in
standard conditions.
NLGI 00/000* DIN KP00/000G-20 ISO-L-XBBEB-00/000 -20ºC to +100ºC (+120ºC)
Speed Factor = 300,000 mm/min.
Recommended for use in installations with an automatic lubrication system and in
single-point lubricators.

* Available in consistencies NLGI 00/000, 0, 1, 2 and 3
MAXIGRAS 110 EP/220

A EP grease with a high-viscosity oil base and stringy additives, recommended for bolts and parts
operating at low to medium revolutions in a moist and dusty environment with very high pressures.
Suitable for manual lubrication and automatic greasing systems using NLGI 2 consistency greases.
NLGI 2 DIN KP2N-30 ISO-L-XCDEB-2 -30ºC à +140ºC (+165ºC)
Multi-purpose use in standard conditions (up to 120º C and 3000 rpm).

High revolutions and extreme temperatures
MAXIGRAS COMPLEX - SP46
A Synthetic EP Complex Grease.
NLGI 2 DIN KPHC2K-50 ISO-L-XECEB-2 -50ºC TO +120ºC (+140ºC)
Speed Factor: 1,000,000 mm/min.
A special long-life grease for the lubrication of precision screws operating at extreme speeds.
Excellent torque at very low temperatures.

Food grade and extreme temperatures
MAXIGRAS 592

H1 Grease for the Food Industry. Approved by the NSF in accordance with the criteria
established under the FDA as H1 type lubricant: “Lubricants susceptible of entering into
accidental contact with food”. Contains EP additives for protection under high dynamic loads.
DIN KP2P-20 ISO 6743/9 L-XBEIB-2 -20ºC to +160ºC

High loads and vibrations in aggressive environments

MAXIGRAS 102
EP Calcium Sulfonate Complex Grease.
NLGI 2 DIN KP2R-30 ISO-L-XCFIB-2 -30ºC to +180ºC
High dropping point and high resistance to external loads, vibration and extreme temperatures.
A long-life grease specifically recommended for aggressive environments featuring moisture.
