extremely pure colloidal graphite. Available in spray
AGMA Type CG-1/CG-2/CG-3* NLGI 0/00 DIN OGPF 0/00N-10 ISO-L-XADHB-00 -10ºC to +120ºC (+140ºC)**
High temperatures, vibrations, speed and high loads. Prevents problems of vibration-enhanced corrosion.

MAXIGRAS 593
PTFE H1 Grease for the Food Industry. Approved by the NSF in accordance with the criteria established under
the FDA as H1 type lubricant: “Lubricants susceptible of entering into accidental contact with food”. High Available in spray
degree of adherence and protection against oxidation and corrosion. Ideal for the lubrication of bearings,
gears and machinery rails. Contains EP and PTFE additives to withstand high dynamic and sliding loads,
including in extreme working conditions and temperatures.
NLGI 2 DIN 51502 KPF2P-30 ISO-L-XCEIB-2 -30ºC to+160ºC

General EP grease recommended for the lubrication of all types of guides operating in
standard conditions.
NLGI 00/000* DIN KP00/000G-20 ISO-L-XBBEB-00/000 -20ºC to +100ºC (+120ºC)
Speed Factor = 300,000 mm/min.
Recommended for use in installations with an automatic lubrication system and in single-point lubricators.

MAXIGRAS 46

A multi-purpose EP grease. Contains solid additives (MoS ). Low friction coefficient.

Recommended for the manual lubrication of guides operating in standard conditions.
NLGI 2**** DIN KPF2K-20 ISO-L-XBCEB-2 -20ºC to +120ºC (+140ºC)
Multi-purpose use with high loads in standard conditions (up to 120º C).

NLGI 2 DIN KPF2P-20 ISO-L-XBEHB-2 V (cSt at 40ºC) > 375 -20ºC to +160ºC (+180ºC)
Designed for the lubrication of metal tometal contact surfaces requiring a grease for high
temperatures with heavy shock loads, vibrations and limited sliding. Specifically recommended for
the lubrication of sliding elements, shafts, ball bearings, bushings and bolts.

**** Maximum operating temperature of the lubricant film (solid additives): + 250º C
