MAXIGRAS COMPLEX EP

EP Complex Grease.
NLGI 2/3 DIN KP2/3P-30 ISO-L-XCEHB-2/3 -30ºC to +160ºC (+180ºC)
Complies with GC-LB of NLGI, in accordance with ASTM D4950.
Recommended for the lubrication of bolts and bushings operating
in conditions of high loads, vibrations and high temperatures.

MAXIGRAS COMPLEX M
EP Complex Grease with solid additives (graphite and MoS ) and

high-viscosity base oil.
NLGI 2 DIN KPF2P-20 ISO-L-XBEHB-2 V (cSt at 40ºC) > 375
-20ºC to +160ºC (+180ºC)
Designed for the lubrication of metal to metal contac surfaces
requiring a grease for high temperatures with heavy shock loads,
vibrations and limited sliding.

MAXIGRAS 102
EP Calcium Sulfonate Complex Grease.
NLGI 2* DIN KP2R-30 ISO-L-XCFIB-2 -30ºC to +180ºC
Recommended for the lubrication of bearings and pulleys in
uses requiring maximum reliability, particularly in conditions
of high temperatures, vibrations, moisture and aggressive
environments.

Extreme temperatures - laminar lubrication

MAXIGRAS ANTISEIZE
Copper paste for the provision of excellent adherence and
resistance to abrasion. Recommended for use as an assembly
lubricant for threaded joints and sliding surfaces of all kinds.
Recommended for use in bearings subjected to high temperatures
(>300º C) where the use of conventional greases is not
recommended. The bearing must work at low speed (wagon
wheel bearings in thermal curing ovens, painting cabins, etc). The
greasing operation is conducted using very small amounts of paste
with a brush, turning the tracks and rotating elements beforehand
with the same paste.
